Option 1: Two (2x) 50 minute Health Coaching Sessions over one-month, or…
Option 2: One initial Health Coaching Session, and 7x follow-up 15-minute check-ins through-out the month if you prefer this for accountability check-in reasons.

How to book
- Book your health coaching package below.
- Choose the date and time that suits you. Please note: We are based in Sydney and you will need to choose your timezone at the top of the calendar page.
- During the booking process you will be asked to complete an intake form to provide me with information on what you are wanting to work on, questions you have, which package you want to book etc.
- Your additional health coaching session/s will be booked during your first appointment.
