UK & EU Shipping Updates

We are working closely with Zonos and our shipping partners, including Australia Post, to clarify and implement updated customs requirements for shipments to the UK and European Union.

During this transition, international orders may experience additional processing or delivery delays throughout November. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure shipments are processed with the appropriate customs documentation.

International Import Duties & Charges

For BornFree orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Ireland, other EU destinations, Norway and Canada, import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may apply, depending on the destination country's regulations.

These charges may be collected by local customs authorities or delivery carriers before your parcel is released for delivery and are separate from the shipping fees paid at checkout, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Import requirements, applicable charges and collection procedures vary by destination and may change. Customers are responsible for checking their country's import requirements and paying any applicable charges.

NOTICE - IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE FOR EU, UK, NORWAY & CANADA CUSTOMERS ONLY: 

30/06/2026: From 1 July 2026, new customs tariffs, import taxes, and postal processing requirements may affect parcels shipped to the UK, EU, Norway, and Canada. There are also current postal delays advertised across these regions. Customers may be charged customs duties, item-based processing fees, VAT, import tax, or other destination-country charges once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are determined by local customs and postal authorities and are outside the control of Health Dispensary AU.

EU customers should contact their local postal provider or customs authority for country-specific advice. Health Dispensary AU is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by destination countries.

ORDERS TO THE USA: With the 2025 legislation, USA tariffs need to be collected at point of sale, and have been added to shipping at checkout for USA customers only. This means USA shipping prices will appear increased, but ensures tariffs are paid upfront and a smoother delivery process.
