Below you will find the shipping costs, terms and conditions and handling terms for Australian and International orders from The Health Dispensary.

Australian Orders

Australian Shipping

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and include postage, handling and insurance.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 6 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we estimate delivery to take between 6-10 business days. Unfortunately some orders may be delayed due to manufacturers location and shipping which is out of our control, please contact us if you are experiencing a delay outside of these delivery times.

We use a variety of shipping methods, including Australia Post and various courier services. 

We take great care to ensure that all orders are securely packaged and protected during transit. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items that occurs during shipping.

If you need to change the shipping address or have any other special shipping requirements, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Handling

At The Health Dispensary AU, we take great care to ensure that all products are handled safely and securely during storage and shipping. We follow strict quality control processes to ensure that all products are in good condition before they are packaged and shipped to our customers.

All products are stored in a cool, dry, and dark environment to ensure their potency and effectiveness are maintained. We also make sure to rotate our stock regularly to ensure that our customers receive products that have a long shelf life.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has expired, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we may require photographic evidence and a statutory declaration of any damage or defects to process a return or exchange.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days of paid receipt to initiate the return process. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Note that BornFree compounded products cannot be returned.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, unless they are defective or have expired. We also do not accept returns on products that have been personalized or customised.

My custom mineral order has not arrived? What do I do?  For compounded items, please contact the compounding pharmacy on order@compoundingchemist.com  and quote them your full name and mineral purchase order number to receive your tracking number.

International Orders

Shipping internationally? We adhere to the shipping standards internationally, however it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the import, possession, and use of our products comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of their destination country. We do not provide guarantees or assume liability for international compliance, import restrictions, or regulatory approvals outside of our jurisdiction. For countries outside of Australia, please select the international store from the home page of healthdispensary.au we currently only ship Bornfree Protocol orders outside of Australia and not the full supplements range that is available in Australia.
