At The Health Dispensary AU, we take great care to ensure that all products are handled safely and securely during storage and shipping. We follow strict quality control processes to ensure that all products are in good condition before they are packaged and shipped to our customers.

All products are stored in a cool, dry, and dark environment to ensure their potency and effectiveness are maintained. We also make sure to rotate our stock regularly to ensure that our customers receive products that have a long shelf life.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has expired, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of any damage or defects to process a return or exchange.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days of paid receipt to initiate the return process. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, unless they are defective or have expired. We also do not accept returns on products that have been personalized or customized.
