Directions for parents: Children 2-4 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 chewable tablet per day, recommended under adult supervision. Children 5-11 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 2 chewable tablets per day. Or as recommended by your health professional. Vitamin A supplements should not be take during pregnancy or before becoming pregnant without consulting your doctor. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
